The lodge is beautifully furnished and the owners have spared no expense to make it a wonderful holiday home and welcoming place to stay. A true home from home experience. Holidays this year may be a bit different with the Government current restrictions and guidelines but The Lake District still has many places to enjoy and there are plenty of things to do either in park or close by.
Sunny Bank Lodge is a stunning modern woodland lodge situated in a quiet location of Skiptory Howe, White Cross Bay Holiday Park in the idyllic Lake District National Park. Both the lake and marina are just a short walk away.
This new (2019) spacious and eye catching lodge offers contemporary styled accommodation with everything you would expect and need for a comfortable stay. The lodge will sleep up to 8 guests offering 2 double bedrooms, twin bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living space making it ideal for both families and couples alike, also a travel cot is available on request.
The lodge boasts substantial outdoor living space on the front and side decking for al fresco dining or simply a place to unwind. It’s the perfect place for a relaxing break at any time of the year.
The price includes fresh linen, towels, all gas electric and water.
Please be advised we do not accept pets at this time and no smoking allowed within in the lodge or on the decking area.
Please note the park has various amenities which is payable to park if required but due to current Covid pandemic it is not known at present what amenities would be open for your break.

Outside Area
Take time out to unwind on the extensive decking which is fully enclosed, secure and gated. Wall to floor sliding patio doors open out from the lounge onto the front deck complete with relaxing outdoor cushioned furniture and sun loungers. Frosted glass decking surround provides privacy.
The wrap around side decking boasts a 6 seater outdoor dining suite providing an excellent location for al fresco dining during your stay. All decking is South West facing for making the most of the sunny days.
Guest access
This listing is for the exclusive use of the entire lodge. The lodge is accessed by 7 shallow steps to an ample carpeted porch entrance area with coat hook storage. The lodge is all on the same ground floor level.
Wi-Fi
Complimentary WiFi is provided by the park and subject to fair usage guidelines. Quality and reliability of connection will vary based on the number of people using it, prevailing weather conditions and therefore may be limited or slower than you are used to. From our experience, it is only suitable for page browsing and sending emails. WiFi is provided for personal use only and is not intended for high data usage, gaming and/or use for business purposes.
Please bring your own swimming towels if you plan to use the leisure facilities.
