The kitchen is light and bright, well equipped with an electric Range oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave and a small table for enjoying light meals and snacks. While the handy utility room houses the washing machine, sink, iron and ironing board. The dehumidifier, aerial dryer and boot rack are great for drying off your coats and boots after a long day on the fells. Enjoy evening meals together in the separate dining room, with its spectacular views and a good selection of maps, games and DVDs to choose from. The property also has a selection of children's books and toys. On the first floor are three spacious king size bedrooms, two of which overlook the lake and fells. The main bathroom is also on this level and has a shower over the bath, sink and WC. There is also an additional WC on this level. While upstairs on the second floor is a triple bedroom with original oak roof beams and an adjoining bathroom with a pretty mosaic floor bath, sink and WC. Outside, a lawn garden with table and chairs is a wonderful spot for enjoying al fresco meals and drinks in the evening sunshine. There is also a gravel parking area with space for three cars. There is also a car charging point available suitable for charging vehicles overnight at no extra cost.
