Stroll into the heart of Keswick and wander the plethora of pubs and independent shops as you lap up the bustling atmosphere. Puzzling Place, the Pencil Museum and the local cinema all sit within a mile from your door and provide you with plenty of places to enjoy on a rainy day. Hop on a cruise of Derwentwater and get on and off as you please or travel 6 miles to Skiddaw where you can reward your climb with a peak top picnic full of goodies. If you fancy a night out, indulge in a tasty meal before visiting the Theatre by the Lake (1 mile) for a family friendly treat. Sleeping nine guests across four bedrooms and welcoming two dogs, the whole family can enjoy this home. Climb a couple of steps to enter the house and wander down the hallway to find yourself in the spacious, open plan lounge/diner. A great spot to spend time in before and after adventures to put on a film and grab some treats. With a trio of sofas, find somewhere to get comfortable whilst your four legged friends relax at your feet. Before plating up at the dining table, make your way into the kitchen where you ll find all you need to see you through from breakfast to dinner, including an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, American style fridge/freezer and dishwasher. If a few of you want to gather with a cuppa, head up a couple of steps to the breakfast table where you can sit and pour over the paper or a map in the mornings. Beyond this area, find handy appliances in the utility room which has a WC. After long days and lively nights, enjoy a quiet night s sleep in one of four bedrooms. The master bedroom boasts a king size bed, fell views and a TV, whilst you can also find the twin bedroom and family bathroom with shower over the bath on the first floor.
