A 30 minute drive takes you to the city of Exeter with its picturesque cathedral and is a must see when coming to this part of the world, with its cobbled streets and array of shops and restaurants. Other attractions within easy reach are RHS Rosemoor for aspiring gardeners, the well known Tarka Trail and Granite Way, great for those wishing to take long walks or cycle rides, Crealy Devon, numerous National Trust properties, as well as the well known fishing lakes at 'Spires' which are under a mile. Enter the property from the courtyard and you are met by a delightful kitchen/diner which is very well equipped and is perfect to try out some new recipes or cook some old family favourites.
