Heading upstairs to the first floor there is a further three bedrooms. The master bedroom is spacious with a super king size bed, Smart TV, fabulous sea views and an en suite shower room with shower and WC. A balcony with seating is accessed through the sliding picture windows and a great place to watch the sun setting. There are two further bedrooms one super king size zip and link (which can be made into a twin on request). Lastly a further bedroom with a king size bed. Completing the accommodation is the main bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Rising to the top floor which boasts an open plan lounge/kitchen/diner stylishly furnished, the kitchen area includes electric oven and induction hob, combi microwave oven and grill, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and a wine cooler. The comfortable dining area seats ten with ease and the lounge area is stylishly appointed with a 55" Smart TV, and Blu ray player. There is a snug with a compendium table sits just inside the sliding balcony doors from where you can sit on the rattan style furniture and drink in the fabulous sea views and coastline. Stepping outside there is a two car driveway with an electric charging point. You will find access to the rear ground pirate themed courtyard where there is a hot tub, hot outside shower, hanging rack for wetsuits and a surfboard rack. From the first floor you can access the main garden area which is astroturfed for all year round use where you can enjoy the dining table and chairs and charcoal BBQ. Alternatively, relax on the furnished balcony accessed from the lounge, a superb setting for your al fresco dining with glorious views of Lundy Island.
