Beautiful kitchen/breakfast room with under floor heating, electric range cooker with induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Bespoke breakfast table to seat 13. Leading off lounge: Bedroom 1, small bunk room with 3ft single bunks suitable for children. Stairs from hallway lead to the first floor. Bedroom 2 with king size 5ft bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and en suite shower room. Bedroom 3 with twin 3ft single beds, wardrobe and en suite shower room. Bedroom 4 with 4ft 6in double bed. Family bathroom with bath and shower over. Stairs from lounge lead to Bedroom 5 with 4ft 6in double bed, which is approached via Bedroom 6, triple bedroom with 3ft single beds and en suite shower room. (This wing can be closed off for smaller parties of up to 6 at reduced rate in low season).
Outside:
Fully enclosed walled garden with lawn area, patio and gas barbecue, surrounding the outdoor heated swimming pool (from 4ft - 8ft deep, open from May - September). Detached Pool House with large sauna, shower, wet suits, washing machine and tumble dryer. (Sauna available all year round.) The garage houses a games room with table tennis and darts board.
Please note: The swimming pool has no shallow end starts at 4ft deep.
