This penthouse apartment is a short walk from Ilfracombe s popular harbour with its shops, pubs and restaurants. Situated in a quiet cul de sac, the property is an ideal base from which to explore nearby Exmoor and the beaches on the North Devon coastline such as Woolacombe and Saunton Sands. There are also plenty of sporting activities close by including the Tarka Cycle Trail, a choice of five local golf courses, as well as fishing, riding and walking. Here you are perfectly placed to explore the whole of Devon and also parts of Somerset too. The property is accessed by stairs to the fourth floor of the building. Upon entry to the apartment, guests will find themselves in an open plan lounge/kitchen/diner featuring everything they ll need during their stay. The lounge area is furnished with a TV, DVD and a Hi Fi. The stylish, open plan kitchen is equipped with a gas hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. There is also a dining table and chairs for romantic meals with wonderful sea views in front of the Juliet balcony. The internet can be accessed through the apartment s Wi Fi connection. Guests will get a good night s sleep in the double bedroom and freshen up in the en suite bathroom which includes a WC and a shower over the bath. Bed linen is provided and all rooms are centrally heated. The apartment s French doors open out onto a Juliet balcony, where the guests will be able to take in the beautiful sea views at any time of the day. Outside the apartment block, there is one parking space for a small to medium sized car.
