Beautiful grey gloss kitchen units with built in appliances has a wrap round worktop and the table and chairs for dining sit nicely in the bay window to enjoy the best view. The large 3-seater and 2-seater sofa in a pale grey fabric are sumptuous and comfortable for watching sunsets or TV in the evenings.

Arlington Court and Arlington Court are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Ilfracombe Harbour and South West Coast Path Section 4 Trailhead. Marwood Hill Gardens and Watermouth Castle are also worth visiting.
