The bathroom has a shower over the bath and WC and a small hallway adjoins the rooms, with a useful wardrobe and full size mirror. At the top of the stairs, before entering the apartment, there is a cloak area with an oak peg rail to hang your coats, a shoebox and a wellie rack. Outside to the front of the apartment are well maintained communal gardens including The Seaton Labyrinth maze. There is free on street parking available nearby (subject to availability) or a fee paying public car park is 0.2 miles away, week long permits are available.
