Inspiring cliff walks on the coastal path are closeby all with stunning sea views, an abundance of wild flowers in season and beautiful scenery. Riding stables locally and the wide surfing sands and entertainments of Bude are within an half hours drive. This is an ideal location for walkers, a haven for nature lovers, with deer and hares often seen in surrounding fields, and a peaceful retreat after a day exploring the wonderful coastline and pretty inland villages in this picturesque area of North Devon.

Spacious and very comfortable open plan beamed living area with TV, radio/CD/music centre, double bedsettee for alternative sleeping, cosy under floor heating, attractive slate flooring with rugs, corner elec, woodburner effect stove and open plan solid oak staircase with LED lighting. Fully fitted kitchen/diner with stable entrance door, high quality pine and oak units with recessed LED lighting in glazed cupboards, butler sink and granite work tops, elec cooker, microwave, washing machine and small dishwasher etc. Dining area with oak table. French windows lead from the living room to a private patio area with garden furniture and fire pit for barbeque and the cooler evenings (first box of logs included). A corner summer house is provided and is ideal for relaxation and catching the wonderful sunsets (rocking chairs provided). In addition, visitors have full use of a large grassed area with seating to enjoy the true peace and tranquillity that this cottage offers. Off road, private parking area adjacent to the property.
