This newly converted barn for 2021 is your base to explore and be connected to the beautiful East Devon countryside and the spectacular UNESCO Jurassic Coastline. Close to Topsham Exeter Cathedral City and Sidmouth. The fantastic Exe Estuary Cycle Trail is in easy reach. One king sized bedded room with spacious shower room. Fully equipped kitchen dinning room, lounge area with large television and free WIFI. In the courtyard area outside there is a picnic table for al fresco eating, plenty of free car parking and facilities to store your bicycles.
Courtbrook Farm it is situated in the small village of Clyst St. George a fantastic base as it is so easily connected to many lovely places and just 2 miles from the M5 junction 30. Topsham is only 2 miles with its RSPB bird watching hide , open air swimming pool lovely pubs and picturesque estuary and little shops. The fabulous Exe Estuary cycle trail goes all the way to Exmouth and also into the Exeter Quay. The cycle route can be joined at at Darts farm a high class Farm Shop just 15minutes walk. Bring your own bikes or hire some there are bikes to hire at Topsham and Darts Farm.
The Jurassic World Heritage Coastline starts at Exmouth going all the way up to Swanage in Dorset, Exmouth is a sandy beach and a walk along the cliffs to Sandy Bay is recommended when the tide is out this can be walked on the sand. Other lovely seaside places, Budleigh Salterton with its round pebbles, Sidmouth with its beautiful Connaught Gardens and Jacobs Ladder. Beer with the fishing boats up on the beach and wonderful crab sandwiches. Further away we have Dartmouth, Brixham and so many more.
Dartmoor National Park is very beautiful with vast moorlands with granite tors and spectacular views. Plymouth has the National Aquarium the Barbican and The Hoe are also great places to visit as well as a large shopping area.
Exeter Cathedral City is a vibrant shopping destination with the canal basin where canoe and paddleboards can be hired. More activities are Go Ape and Mountain Bike Trails found at Haldon Forest.
