Stepping into this rustic yet comfortable property through the gated porch, ideal for your four legged friends, leads you into the impressive lounge area, open plan yet still retaining a cosy feel, lots of exposed beams, high ceilings and a fabulous galleried landing can be seen from the comfy sofas. A Smart TV with Sky TV (basic package) and a warming wood burner (first basket of logs provided) both make for a cosy evening. The adjacent kitchen/dining area offers everything you need to cook and eat in style, with French doors leading out to the raised balcony and Jurassic walkway, the view is everchanging. The kitchen area is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washing machine. On the ground floor is the family bathroom with a shower over bath and WC. Heading up the stairs and at either end of the galleried landing (children must be supervised) are the bedrooms, two have king size beds and each with en suite shower rooms with a shower and WC. One of the rooms also has a single put up bed if required, and a door leading to the raised balcony. The final room is a twin. Outside, there is ample space to enjoy leisurely breakfast or lunch on the picnic bench and the gated porch at the front of the property also gives pets access to a small grass area.
