Right in the heart of the seaside sailing town of Dartmouth, Edgewater is a stylish coastal townhouse with rooftop deck and harbour glimpses.
Spread over four floors, guests enter directly into the open plan living room, kitchen, dining room. Having been recently refurnished and decorated to a high standard, interiors are fresh, modern and offer understated colonial style. The living area is ideal for a cosy evening in, with comfy seating for up to six people.
The kitchen is modern and complete with a washer dryer, dishwasher, oven, and fridge. A large skylight ensures plenty of natural light. The adjacent dining room is perfect for gatherings with family and/or friends with seating for six also.
To make the most of the views, there is an additional loft style living space on the top floor of the property complete with seating and coffee table as well as it's own compact kitchen facilities including a small fridge, freezer, and dishwasher, so you don’t have to venture downstairs to top up your glass of wine. French doors lead out onto a charming deck where large palms set the scene and views stretch across the rooftops. There’s an outdoor table and chairs for alfresco dining and coffees in the sunshine as well.
Bedrooms are split across the first and second floor. There’s a double bedroom on the first floor, which sits alongside the family bathroom. It has both a bath and overhead shower as well as plenty of built-in storage. On the second floor there are two bedrooms; the master bedroom, with a king-sized bed, and a bunk room with an en suite bathroom featuring a bath with a hand-held shower.
Recommended for: The property is perfect for anyone who wants to be in the heart of everything. Walk out the door and you’re immediately greeted by the restaurants, shops, cafes, and art galleries that Dartmouth has to offer. These properties are like gold dust, especially during the town regatta in the summer.
Favourite feature: The top floor sun room and deck provides a sanctuary in the heart of town where you can relax and unwind and enjoy the views.
Need to know: Owners have secured a dedicated parking space on a nearby street for guest convenience as parking can be a challenge in Dartmouth.
