There is private parking on the driveway for three cars at the front of the property in front of the garage. Access to Lower Upover is through the front door on the side of the property. A path leading downwards from the driveway curves around to this side access. The lawned area at the front of the property is reserved for Higher Upover guests who are staying in the first floor apartment which is above Lower Upover.
A terraced area with dining seating for 7 is accessed through the front door on the side of the house or the french doors from the kitchen. A pathway from these doors leads to a patio area with BBQ which provides an outdoor space for all to enjoy whilst staying at Lower Upover. Up to two dogs are permitted on the property and we ask that you inform us when you book.

Arlington Court and Arlington Court are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Ilfracombe Harbour and South West Coast Path Section 4 Trailhead. Marwood Hill Gardens and Watermouth Castle are also worth visiting. Spend some time exploring the area's activities, including birdwatching.
