The corner setting of the house provides a private garden setting, so you can enjoy long afternoon lounging on the grass, embracing moments of calm and solitude after a morning of adventure in the Estate.

Access to bikes, canoes, kayaks, and stand-up paddle boards are also available at an additional cost, so you can revel in a new adventure every day, exploring the outstanding areas of natural beauty that envelop the entire Estate, in a variety of creative ways! 
Inside, Huckabee has been carefully furnished, with laid-back, modern furniture to suit most tastes. The ground floor boasts a large, open-plan living space for you all to enjoy together. At one end, the kitchen is fully equipped, with a sink overlooking the garden and a hob that faces the room, so you can cook whilst keeping an easy eye on your family and friends. A family dining table divides the kitchen and living room, and eases you into the more cosy, informal atmosphere of the sofas and fireplace. Just imagine it; a morning of paddle boarding and walking, an afternoon in the garden and an evening curled up by your wood burner, can you imagine anything more wholesome? A convenient cloakroom completes the ground floor, with all the bedrooms located upstairs. 
The master bedroom accommodates a fabulous king-size bed, with a modern en-suite shower room. There is a second king bedroom, as well as a further bunk-bed room that both share the family bathroom.
