Beach lovers have a choice of fantastic beaches with Swanage lying only two miles from the property, and the expansive sands at Studland which are maintained by the National Trust. The first thing that guests will notice when they arrive at this cottage is the incredible sense of space and light that is afforded thanks to the large windows which offer far reaching views across the surrounding countryside. The property offers plenty of space to relax and unwind, either in the spacious lounge/diner with its Smart TV, Blu ray player and flame effect gas fire, or in the sunny garden room where views over the garden can be enjoyed, perhaps whilst catching up with the newspapers or a good book. Moving through to the kitchen, guests will find everything they need to make themselves feel at home, including an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer. Two of the property s bedrooms can also be found on the ground floor, a king size room and a pleasant twin. Next to one of these bedrooms there is a shower room with shower and WC, whilst next to the other there is a wet room with a dual headed shower and WC. The remaining two bedrooms are situated on the first floor, the first of these being a king size room, and the other a restful single room, whilst the bathroom on this floor offers a bath and WC. Outside, to the rear of the property, there is a charming garden which boasts a pretty terraced seating area with garden furniture and a BBQ, beyond which steps lead down to a plant filled sunken garden. A wicket gate from the front garden takes you into the little meadow and guests are welcome to explore and take a seat on the driftwood bench. There is off road parking for two cars on the driveway and a lockable shed for bikes and buggies.
