Set in a rural location on the outskirts of Harmans Cross, this bright and airy semi detached cottage is ideally situated for lovers of the beach and outdoor pursuits. Take a trip to the seaside town of Swanage, where you will find a great selection of pubs, shops and cafes as well as traditional amusements lining the sandy beach. With easy access to the Jurassic Coast there is never a shortage of things to do here. There are many walking and cycling routes leading from the cottage and winding through the stunning scenery this area is known for. For families, a visit to the Tank Museum and Monkey World are a must, or why not explore the picture post card village of Corfe Castle. A driveway and steps lead you to the main entrance and into the cottage. When you step inside, there is a bright and airy kitchen/diner straight ahead with steps up into a useful utility room with dishwasher and washing machine, the perfect spot for leaving behind muddy boots. The galley style kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer and microwave. Opposite, there is space for all the family to dine together around the table. Steps lead up into the lounge, where you can cosy up after a long walk and watch a film on the TV/DVD. A useful ground floor separate WC can be found in the hall as well as the stairs leading to the first floor. Here you will find a stylish twin bedroom with en suite shower and WC. Just next door are steps leading down into a bright and airy double bedroom. Completing the first floor, the contemporary bathroom with roll top bath, separate shower and WC is the perfect place for a long soak and can be found just across the landing. A further flight of stairs leads up to the second floor, into the converted attic space, where there is a cosy single bedroom set into the eaves with restricted head height. A further twin bedroom and a bathroom with bath and WC, both with restricted head height, complete the second floor. Heading outside from the kitchen you will find an enclosed lawn wrapping around the property on two sides with space to relax. Immediately beside the property it offers the perfect spot for al fresco dining. To the front of the property is off road parking for four cars.
