Set in an elevated and secluded position on the famous Sandbanks peninsula, this wonderful seaside villa is ready to welcome you for lots of adventures and fun for all the family. Located just a few minute's walk from the sandy beaches, dunes, and Poole Harbour, there is so much to see and do on your doorstep, from exploring the harbour on paddleboards or taking a ferry ride to Brownsea Island, the days will be filled with activities.

Venturing a little further, discover the seaside towns of Bournemouth with its Victorian pier or Poole with its historic quayside. The Jurassic Coastline is a short drive away, boasting the famous landmarks of Durdle Door and Lulworth Cove.

Outer Banks is the perfect summer hideaway, providing accommodation for up to 10 guests (2 on the lounge sofa bed). Its secluded location is on an elevated spot on Sandbanks and offers a tranquil oasis after a long day on the beach. The house is filled with crisp, seaside light and offers stunning harbour views across to Poole from the rear of the property, reminding you of this unique location.

The house has been lovingly redecorated and refurbished by the current owners and the cool, bright and relaxed interior is perfect for this super fun house and its setting. The ground floor boasts a spacious living area that enjoys those lovely harbour views and incorporates the kitchen with a breakfast bar that leads onto a patio area with seating for 8, there is also a lovely dining area and cocktail bar. Also on the ground floor is a separate lounge which has a stunning wood burner providing the focal point in the room. It is the ideal space for relaxing on a summer eve and the cosiest spot in the house on a winter's day.

On the first floor, there are four bright and spacious bedrooms. The dual aspect, master king size ensuite bedroom has a stunning vaulted ceiling and the most amazing view across treetops and rooftops reaching over the water to Poole Quay. The second king size room also has an ensuite and water views. There is a family bathroom that is shared between the third and fourth bedrooms. The third bedroom also enjoys the same vista and has added Velux windows which fills it with wonderful light. The fourth bedroom offers sea glimpses, it has a single bed and also a built in bunk with full single on top and kids single under, it would also make a fun area to make into a pirate ship for those adventures on the seas!

Outside to the rear of the property, the garden is split into two levels with a patio for alfresco dining and a small lower level and at the front is a driveway accommodating space for three cars.

N.B The house is situated on a steep sandhill, which means it is a lovely spot away from the main sandbanks ring round and has great views. The rear garden is split level, so safety around steps, walls and the boundary fence means supervision for small children and pets is advised. The gates/fence may have gaps that inquisitive dogs could escape through!
