The ground floor benefits from a great-sized kitchen, complete with a large circular dining table, an impressive 34-bottle wine fridge and modern appliances. To the right of the property, you will find the garden room, fit with two luxurious sofas and TV which features Sky Sports and other streaming sites. From this room you can access the patio area via bi-folding doors - guests will benefit from comfortable outdoor sofas, patio heater and a large outdoor dining table - all accompanied by strings of festoon lights overhead that create a gorgeous atmosphere on a summer's evening. There is also a downstairs toilet on this level.

The staircase will lead you to the first floor bedrooms, you will notice that each room has its own pop-art style and luxury bedding. All of the bedrooms benefit from high-gloss built-in wardrobes, providing guests with plenty of space for storage. There is one large main bathroom on this level. The second floor showcases two more exquisite bedrooms with a second bathroom for guests to use.

Shore Beach House really is the ideal Summer house, located just a matter of seconds from the famous blue-flag beaches of Sandbanks, the positioning is perfect for those looking to spend their days by the water. Just to the end of the road, is a lovely cafe as well as a watersports academy - slightly further along the peninsula will take you to restaurants like Rick Steins, Oriels & Lazy Jacks (Sandbanks Yacht Club).
