The Victorian Barn Estate Dorset is a collection of 14 family friendly, self contained, self-catering holiday homes within the idyllic countryside of Dorset.
With wonderful outside space, perfect for al fresco dining and superb leisure facilities, your stay promises to be as fun-filled, or relaxed as you desire.
With an indoor heated pool, private hot tubs, games room, activity suite, fishing lakes and an outdoor play area for the kids, we have something for everyone during your stay.
We also have ample free parking and complimentary WIFI for those who want to be connected.
THE STABLE
A cosy semi- detached, ground floor cottage with Underfloor Heating throughout. Perfect for 2 adults and 2 small children or great for couples.
There is an open plan Kitchen and Lounge with 50" SMART TV.

The Stable also benefits from an Outside Hot Tub for your sole use and enjoyment!

FACILITIES
Our highly acclaimed 12.5 metre indoor heated swimming pool & sauna is set in a picturesque immense pine log cabin – ideal for unwinding! The pool is heated to a comfortable 30-32 degrees using renewable energy. A UV system along with Chlorine ensures the pool is clean and safe.
Term Time Pool Access (not school holidays) - The indoor heated swimming pool is offered on an exclusive use basis. You will have access to an online calendar to secure your private sessions of one hour per day per property (excludes departure day). Residents have the opportunity to use the indoor heated swimming pool for a communal swim session on Fridays between 4 pm and 8 pm. You do not need to book these sessions.
School Holidays Pool Access - The indoor heated swimming pool is offered on an exclusive use basis for each day of your holiday (except communal swim days). You will have access to an online calendar to secure your private sessions of one hour per day per property. In addition, Mondays & Fridays from 8 am until 8 pm are communal swim days. You do not need to book these sessions and you can use the pool at any time during the opening hours. Departure day swim sessions are requested to finish by 12 mid day.
HOT TUB - 8 am - 11 pm
The hot tub is emptied, cleaned and refilled after every stay and will be ready from the first morning of your stay.
The hot tub will not be available to use on your departure day.
GAMES ROOM - 8 am - 10 pm
Coin operated pool table, football table, retro quiz machine plus free to use board games and books.
ACTIVITY SUITE - 8 am - 10 pm
