Expertly converted from a farm building in 2002, this detached bungalow consists of a large and airy lounge room, a galley kitchen, a double bedroom and a twin bedded room, and a shower room.
The lounge room is large and has a light and airy atmosphere with its picture window giving lovely views over adjacent farmland. It is equipped with all standard equipment including folding dining table, colour television & video recorder.
There is a fully fitted galley kitchen with fridge, automatic washing machine, microwave, and all equipment required for a self-catering holiday. In addition there is a shared external utility room which has a tumble dryer, cycle lock-up and drying facilities.
The cottage has 2 spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, and the other contains full size twin beds. The linen is provided and towels can be hired at a small extra cost by prior arrangement.
The cottage has double glazing throughout, and has oil central heating with radiators in each room. There is a £1 coin electric meter. It is all on one level and is suitable for senior citizens and for wheelchair users.
