This spacious detached property sits in the centre of Kippford, yet tucked away off the main street. An upside down house, there are five steps up to the entrance, with a small porch opening into the hall. Off the hallway on the ground floor, there are two bedrooms (a double and a king). Both are bright, contemporary rooms. Along the hallway at the bottom of the stairs, there is a family bathroom with a free standing bath and a large walk in shower. The lounge has been given pride of place in the house, with inspiring views across the water, comfy settees and a piano, so if you have any pianists with you, cue a sing along! The lounge has French doors out onto the shared balcony, with the final king bedroom next door. Outside, to the rear of the house and down just one step, you ll find a private patio area with views into the woodland. There s a private hot tub with a seating area for you to enjoy cosy times together. It s a great spot to enjoy a coffee and breakfast while listening to the bird song or enjoying cool evening drinks.
