Duneira is a magnificent detached house of great character that affords beautiful open views over Rhu Marina and the Firth of Clyde. Sitting within the historic yachting village of Rhu in Argyll and Bute, Scotland, you will find this stunning holiday cottage. Duneira House caters for up to fourteen guests over three traditionally-styled floors, making the property a fantastic base for celebrations with family and friends. With beautiful open views over Rhu Marina and the Firth of Clyde, Duneira makes a delightful base for an idyllic holiday. This Scotland holiday cottage boasts 7 bedrooms, suitable for up to 14 guests, magnificent gardens and beautiful and cosy living space.
1. Duneira is a no smoking property, please note that due to this smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the property, any instances of smoking within the property will carry a £500 levy for intensive cleaning to be carried out.
2. If you wish to smoke at the property, there is a designated smoking area to the rear of the property which can be accessed through the games room and from the garden. Please dispose of any cigarette ends in the smoking bins provided.
3. Outdoor Shoes are not permitted to be worn within the property please remove these in the entrance hall.
4.You are permitted to bring up to 3 pets to the property. However, we ask that these are not allowed on the internal furniture.
5. If you have brought your fury friend with you please ensure that you clean up after them, if any dog mess is left for our house keeper to clean up there will be a charge of £100.00 for this to be removed.
6. Listening to music is wonderful however please be respectful of our neighbours and the surrounding areas, noise disturbances will not be tolerated.
7. The house is for recreational use only, no parties or events are permitted.
8. If there is any instances of breakages or damage within the property please notify us as soon as possible.
9. Please use the coasters provided when placing glasses, cups or mugs on surfaces.
10. Indoor furniture should not be moved from their current position.
11. Please empty the bins, dishwasher & fridge before departing the property.
12. Most importantly please enjoy your stay and enjoy this stunning property.
