On a quiet complex of four holiday properties, this beautiful barn is perfectly located for enjoying the peace and tranquility of the Pembrokeshire countryside. Nature lovers will enjoy spotting the variety of birds and coastal wildlife, and the coastal path runs over common ground nearby, providing excellent walking opportunities. Also nearby is the town of Pembroke; here, explore the Norman castle, the shops and tea rooms. Many sandy beaches are within a 15 minute drive, while the bustling seaside resorts of Tenby and Saundersfoot are approximately 11 miles away great for a day trip. With its exposed beams and large windows, the barn makes the most of its location. Relax in the spacious lounge and take it all in, or watch TV or a DVD in front of the electric fire. The kitchen/diner is fully equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, as well as a washing machine. The accommodation is all on one level, meaning the property s three bedrooms are all also on the ground floor. There s a double bedroom with a TV and two twins, making this a great property for families. The bathroom has a shower over the bath and a WC, and there s a shower room with shower and WC. Outside you ll find a private patio and garden furniture to the rear, so you can sit in the sun and enjoy the countryside views, and a shared open lawn to the front overlooking the river. The complex also has a slipway to the Cleddau estuary, great for boating enthusiasts.
