There are stunning walks from your door and the added benefit of two miles of fishing rights on the magnificent River Cothi. The National Botanic Garden of Wales is close by and a great day out. The market town of Llandeilo, with a host of independent shops and eateries is within easy reach and offers an interesting selection of antique shops and galleries. Head further afield and the coastline meets a rich history at Llansteffan, with an imposing castle overlooking the beach. Take a trip to Tenby and Saundersfoot slightly further afield and visit major attractions such as Oakwood, Blue Lagoon and Heatherton are well worth a visit. Pembrey and Machynys are both within twenty miles and offer wide expanses of sand, country parks and access to the Millennium Coastal Path. (Please check admittance for the various attractions). Enter this spacious cottage into the open plan kitchen/diner, a bright and airy space with bags of charm to instantly relax you into the holiday spirit. The kitchen area is equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The dining area leads on to the character lounge with sofas framing the wonderful wood burner. There is a DAB radio/docking station to help you set the mood for a cosy evening in by the fire or sit back and relax in front of the TV/DVD, French doors open onto the outside area at the rear of the property. There is also a ground floor bathroom with bath, separate shower and WC. Following the internal hallway there are three bedrooms. The master, a double with en suite shower room and WC, there is a further double bedroom and a twin bedroom. This is a delightful cottage, ideal for an escape to the country, mixing a practical, contemporary interior with character features and excellent facilities. Outside, there is a private patio area with furniture and a wonderful private hot tub that is for your exclusive use. There is off road parking for three cars.
