This cottage is located in the pretty village of Peasmarsh and is within walking distance of the local pub. It offers the perfect location for those wishing to explore the local countryside as well as enjoy the 7 miles of sandy beach at Camber Sands. Keen walkers (and their dog) can enjoy a leisurely stroll across the local footpaths into the nearby market town of Rye which boasts many independent shops and restaurants, the perfect place for whiling away an afternoon exploring the antique shops or enjoying an afternoon tea. For those that want to venture further afield, hop in the car and take a trip to nearby Great Dixter Gardens, (6 miles), Bodiam Castle (10 miles), or head into Hastings (15 miles) to enjoy the local seaside attractions. The front door of this light and airy property opens into a hallway with space for dropping off coats and shoes. Conveniently all located on one level, head through to the lounge where you will find a large comfy sofa and an armchair perfectly positioned around the Smart TV with DVD and a wood burner effect gas fire for enjoying a family movie night on those chilly evenings. Located just off the lounge is the kitchen/diner.
