Surrounded by glorious countryside keen walkers and cyclists can explore the Rye Harbour Nature Reserve or Fairlight Country Park which are both on your doorstep. Slightly further afield is the pretty medieval town of Rye famous for its cobbled streets and smuggling stories. Take a trip to nearby Hastings Old Town where there is a wealth of independent shops, cafes and restaurants coupled with seaside attractions to keep all the family entertained. The front door opens into a small porch where you can leave your coats and shoes before continuing through to the open plan lounge and kitchen. The lounge area is cosy and inviting with a sofa, armchairs and a TV/DVD. The kitchen offers an electric oven and induction hob, microwave and fridge, there is a freezer located in the utility area under the stairs. Once you ve finished preparing your meals, enjoy them in the conservatory which is a light and bright room with a rattan sofa, retro armchair and a seating for four at the dining table, and a large selection of games in the cupboard to while away the afternoon.
