Welcome, Welcome and thanks for looking. I am offering a large and airy, beautiful, 3 storey, 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom terrace house to those of your visiting Brighton for any length of time
The house is large and comfortable, with high ceilings and consists of a 30ft sitting/dining room, which has a 50inch flat screen TV, a sofa that can sit 10 people, and a dining table and chairs that can sit 12 people. There are French doors, which open out into the garden, which has a table and chairs where guests are welcome to smoke. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a fridge/freezer, oven and hob, microwave, washing machine and drying machine and everything you would find in your kitchen at home.
There are two large double bedrooms on each floor (4 in total). One floor has an enormous luxury bathroom, with separate shower and bath. The next floor has a brand new shower room. (2 bathrooms in total).
All bedrooms are decorated in neutral colours, with brand new double beds with orthopedic mattresses, bedside cabinets, chests of drawers and wardrobes. 2 of the bedrooms have flat screen TV’s with freeview.
There is metered parking, in the immediate vicinity, or free parking 5 minutes’ walk away from the house.
You are most welcome to come and stay in an enjoyable atmosphere with excellent facilities, in a fabulous location with an accommodating host, who is willing to show travellers all the best that Brighton has to offer!.The house which is in the Upper Lewes Road area of Brighton is excellently located for all the shops and buses of both Lewes Road and London Road, which are both 5 minutes walk away. It is also extremely convenient for the train station and town centre. Both Lewes Road and London Road are flat areas of Brighton, and Upper Lewes Road is up a gentle slope, so you don't have to worry about having to climb a hill to get to the house. Brighton city centre and the Lanes and Seafront are almost on the doorstep, 10-15min walk away, where a vast array of bars, restaurants and shops can be found. One can dine out at some of the best restaurants Brighton has to offer or simply grab a bite to eat in one of the many pubs or cosy cafe bars. There you will find an extensive range of high street shops, designer boutiques, bars, cafes, the famous Lanes, Brighton Pavilion and many other tourist attractions. Brighton station is also around 10-15 minutes' walk away, which makes it a great base for sightseeing in London, which is only 50 minutes away by train. Staying in Upper Lewes Road, everything is on your doorstep. There are cafes and eateries/restaurants to suit every taste in Lewes Road and the local general stores stay open until 10pm every night.
I am happy to accommodate singles/couples/friends for short or long stays
Due to the large size of the house and the cleaning involved, there is a 2 NIGHT MINIMUM STAY (and 3 nights on bank holiday and Brighton Pride weekends)
Hen and Stag parties are welcome.
I look forward to welcoming you to beautiful Brighton!
Located near the beach, this vacation home is in Brighton City Centre, a neighborhood in Brighton.
