Set in the perfect spot, tucked away down one of Rye's famous cobbled lanes, Whitefriars sleeps up to 8 guests (2 double bedrooms, 1 small double on the ground floor, one twin and 1 single) Large farmhouse style kitchen opening onto the terrace, TV lounge and a grand lounge on the 1st floor with piano and views over Rye. The master bedroom has a large ensuite bathroom and there is the family bathroom and shower room on the ground floor. The garden is enclosed with outside dining & seating.
The whole house, with kitchen, two living rooms, five bedrooms. Please note the twin room is accessed through the single bedroom. These two bedrooms are in the attic space so there is restricted head height in places and the rooms are accessed from a spiral staircase. Care is required. There are 3 bathrooms. One ensuite with bath and separate shower, family bathroom with bath and overhead shower and a downstairs shower room. The ground floor bedroom is a small 4ft double so only suitable for one adult and this bedroom is opposite the shower room. There is a travel cot available but we do not provide cot bedding.
There is private parking for up to 3 cars off road.
Located in Rye, this vacation home is on a river. 1066 Country Walk and Rye Golf Club are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore High Weald and Rye Harbour Nature Reserve. Rye Farm World and South of England Rare Breeds Centre are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
