This property is located in the stunning Welsh borders, north of the literary town of Hay on Wye, and the Brecon Beacons National Park. The villages of New and Old Radnor are both just two miles from the property, each of which have welcoming village pubs, whilst Old Radnor has a convenient village shop. The town of Presteigne lies eight miles away, where guests can find a range of shops and restaurants, as well as an interesting town trail. Other places of interest in the area include the towns of Hereford and Ludlow, Offa s Dyke, and the Small Breeds Farm Park and Owl Centre. (Please check admittance for the various attractions). This single storey property is located just opposite the owner s home, but is accessed via its own drive. Walking through the front garden, enter through the front door of the property, which opens straight into the lounge/diner, a relaxing light filled space with a beamed ceiling, cosy wood burner, comfortable seating, a TV/DVD. Beyond this room is the well equipped kitchen with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. A door from the kitchen brings guests to the handy boot room where they will find the washing machine and a door leading outside. The property has two bedrooms: one with a king size bed and a second room which is a twin. The contemporary bathroom which is located on the same corridor as the bedrooms, offers a shower over bath and WC. Outside, there is an enclosed garden to the front of the property, which is mainly set to lawn with a path running down the middle. Off road, hardstanding parking is provided.
