The lodge is located on a working farm in Mid Wales just 9 miles from Builth Wells and 6 miles from Llandrindod Wells. It enjoys a rural position, perched on a hillside overlooking the Elan Valley and out towards the Cambrian Mountains. Builth Wells is a vibrant market town with an array of shops, cafes, restaurants, and bars. It also plays host to the Royal Welsh Show, attracting thousands of visitors each summer, and the Winter Fayre. You enter the lodge via French doors leading directly into the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The lounge has a two three seater sofas centred around the Smart TV; sofa bed on request. The rustic wooden dining table has four chairs and bench seating, and is conveniently located next to the contemporary kitchen making the whole area an excellent space to enjoy time with your family or friends. Enjoy views out over the hillside and valley from the lounge and dining area as you enjoy your morning coffee. Down a short hallway, you will find the bedrooms and bathroom. The first bedroom has a king size zip and link bed and views out over the countryside. The second bedroom has a double bed and also enjoys views over the fields. Completing the interior is the shower room with a double rainfall shower and WC. Externally, there is a fully enclosed garden area wrapped around the lodge. There is a patio area to the front with a picnic bench and a charcoal BBQ to enjoy dining al fresco while soaking up the views. There is an additional lawned area to the rear perfect for garden games. The lodge also has its own fully sheltered hot tub looking out over the valley with hooks for towels and dressing gowns to keep you cosy between dips.
