Step inside the main entrance which opens into the dining area where there is a table for four, and an opening with steps down into the lounge. The garden views are a pleasant surprise with picture windows surrounding the room, a wood burner for when the evenings draw in, comfortable sofas for you to sink and relax with friends along with a TV. The kitchen area is accessed off the dining room and is well equipped with an electric oven and gas hob, microwave and a fridge with freezer compartment. There is also a utility room with washing machine and a separate WC. So, when the night draws in, climb the stairs to the first floor where you will find two bedrooms, a king size bedroom with an adjacent shower room and WC and a twin room with garden views. There is also a bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Enjoy a morning coffee on the terrace overlooking the ornate ponds, there is also a patio area with table and chairs for you to enjoy. You are also free to roam the many acres of mature gardens where you can enjoy great views and the shared tennis courts. There is allocated off road parking for two cars.
