Bryn Deryn is a family holiday house in Criccieth giving a real sense of luxury as soon as you step inside. The house commands an elevated position in landscaped grounds, meaning you can enjoy views out to sea and you’re just a short stroll from the beach! A large entrance hall will welcome you inside - expect plush carpets and sumptuous dark wood. A marble-floored cloak area provides space for outdoor clothing. Bryn Deryn boasts no less than two sitting areas, so there’s plenty of space for everyone to relax. The first sitting room is large with comfy sofas and- if you can tear yourself away from the stunning views- a 50” flatscreen TV & Blu Ray DVD player for your viewing pleasure. The second sitting area is located at one end of the dining room and consists of a sofa and chairs around a woodburning stove. There’s also a 40” wall-mounted TV and gorgeous views to enjoy! The dining area has a table and chairs, ideal for family breakfasts planning the exciting day ahead. On the ground floor there’s a cloakroom with loo and basin, and a wet room with shower, heated towel rail, underfloor heating and a wonderful natural-stone cone wash hand basin! The kitchen is modern and will take the stress out of a self-catering break with its modern amenities including an integrated double electric oven & grill, large fridge freezer, and dishwasher. The utility room has a sink, microwave and washing machine. There is a twin bedroom with two single beds and a countryside outlook. A large room with a king sized bed and gorgeous sea views. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, a walk-in wardrobe, a splendid sea view and an en-suite bathroom. The ensuite has a sink, underfloor heating, a heated towel rail, large walk-in shower, loo and wash basin. The family bathroom has a large walk-in shower with shower head and handheld attachment, underfloor heating, a wash hand basin, a freestanding bath and a heated towel rail. There’s a separate loo. The landscaped gardens in which bryn Deryn sit are just delightful. The lawned garden offers sea views and there is a sitting area towards the back for al fresco brunches. There’s also a paved terrace at the front of the house with chairs to watch the sunset over the sea. Off road parking is available for three cars or more. Criccieth itself is a popular seaside town on the Llyn Peninsula. It has a castle which we recommend for it’s incredible views out across the sea. There are lovely shops, cafes and restaurants. Not forgetting the beach, of course! This family holiday house is ideal for exploring all that the Llyn Peninsula and North Wales has to give. Whether you fancy a relaxing break or an action-packed activity holiday, you’ll have a fabulous time at Bryn Deryn.
