Abersoch 2.1 miles. Resting near the coast in a fantastic holiday park, on the outskirts of Abersoch, Gwynedd is this luxurious, detached lodge of Hafod 3. Enjoying ground-floor accommodation throughout, along with a contemporary design, Hafod 3 is a sumptuous base for a family of six's escape to this part of Wales. After parking in one of the two off-road spaces, make your way up the steps and inside this fabulous property; the open-plan space is filled with natural light, owing to its floor-length windows, making you feel at home as soon as you arrive. Sink back into one of the cushioned sofas in front of the Smart TV, which boasts an array of your favourite shows, so you can easily enjoy an evening packed with relaxation. Progress to the kitchen, a well-fitted space, thanks to its minimalistic units with integrated appliances, and is where the chef of the group will have a ball rustling up mouthwatering meals. These meals can be enjoyed as a quick bite at the breakfast bar, as a sit-down affair at the neighbouring dining table, or they can even be taken out through the bi-folding doors to the decked area for an alfresco dinner! When night falls, head to one of the three beautifully furnished bedrooms, all of which enjoy their own TVs, with the first comprising a king-size with its own en-suite shower room, and the latter bedrooms consisting of two twins. The family bathroom is also nearby, a superbly fitted space, where you can enjoy a soothing dip in the bath and relax your muscles after a day filled with watersports. Be sure to make the most of the rear decking, where a barbecue is perfect for those sunny afternoons and the luxurious hot tub welcomes you with a bubbling soak at the end of the day. Tal-y-Fan Park has so much to offer, and there's no need to go far to be able to enjoy dining out, as the Park hosts its own bar/restaurant, as well as a wealth of activities, from a sauna and gym to tennis courts and an outdoor pool; you're well-catered to here! Head into Abersoch, where you can pick up any essentials from its well-stocked shops, as well as dine at one of the many eateries on the high street, before wandering down to one of the two gorgeous beaches, where plenty of surfing and sailing are on offer. Spend the day in Llanbedrog, a village that is home to its own gorgeous beach, as well as access to the famed Pas Glyn y Weddw Gallery, and to the Llyn Coastal Path. There is still so much more waiting to be discovered in the wider area, from the Peninsula's details of Mynydd Mawr and Plas yn Rhiw, to the mainland's sights of Eryri (Snowdonia) and its own coastal towns. Choose Hafod 3 for an unforgettable break.
