With mountain and sea views, Llys Mawr cottage is within walking distance of a cafe and garden centre, 2.4 miles to the Wales Coast Path and nearest beach at Abererch, an activity centre and farm shop at Glasfryn Parc and just 3 miles to the seaside town of Pwllheli.
Pwllheli features two beaches, a Marina and range of cafes and restaurants. It is also the gateway to many more golden beaches and picturesque villages dotted around Llyn Peninsula. Head east to Snowdonia to conquer the mountains, travel on steam trains, explore castles, 'fly' at Zip World and so much more.
- Size – sleeps six in three bedrooms.

- Rooms – Ground floor: open plan living area with lounge, kitchen and dining area with double patio doors leading to patio and garden. Bedroom with super-king 'zip and link bed. Wet room. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms and bathroom.
- Kitchen and utilities – well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, microwave, electric cooker and hob.
- Entertainment – Smart TV and DVD, selection of books and wifi also available.
- For families – travel cot, high chair and stair gate available on request. Please bring your own cot linen.
- Outside – private rear patio area with table, bench and views towards Snowdonia. Extended lawn area, shared with the holiday cottage next door. Scenic bench also at the front of the cottage with views of Cardigan Bay across to Snowdonia.
- Parking – plenty of private parking spaces.
- General – Welcome pack includes tea and coffee, sugar and milk and a cake. Local beer and jams also included if staying for a week or more. Central heating and electricity included. Bed linen, hand and bath towels and 1 hairdryer provided.
- Pets – no pets.

Located in Pwllheli, this vacation home is in the mountains.
