A beach Bolthole for six just a hop and skip from the sandy beach at Trearddur Bay.
Dog Friendly
One well-behaved dog is welcome. Two small dogs may be acceptable - please ask. There is an additional charge of £20 per dog per stay. Dogs must remain downstairs, please.
Suitability
All three bedrooms are situated upstairs. The ground floor is generally level. There are steps down the back door into the garden.

Mornant has three upstairs bedrooms. Feather bedding in all three rooms:
Bedroom 1: king, chest of drawers, wardrobe, ensuite shower room.
Bedroom 2: twin, chest of drawers.
Bedroom 3: twin, chest of drawers.
Hairdryer in bedroom 1.
Bathrooms
Two upstairs bathrooms:
Bathroom 1: ensuite shower room with shower, sink and WC, heated towel rail.
Bathroom 2: family bathroom with bath and shower over, sink and WC, heated towel rail.
One downstairs WC and sink.
Kitchen
Well equipped kitchen with electric hob and oven, microwave, dishwasher, American fridge-freezer (70:30 split), handheld food processor, toaster, cafetière and kettle. Dining table and chairs seating 6.
Sitting Room
Two separate sitting rooms, one with an electric fire. Both have sofas and Smart TVs, games and DVDs.
Utility room
Washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, ironing board and clothes airer.
Outdoors
Small front garden. Large, lawned rear garden. Outdoor table and chairs for four. Outdoor sofas seating four and a coffee table. Private parking beyond. Firepit with grill (charcoal and logs not provided).

Private parking for two vehicles behind the house to the left side of the double garage.
Children
Generally suitable for children. Please note that there is a road between the beach and the house. No high chair or travel cot.

General
Mornant is centrally located in Trearddur Bay with easy access to the beach. There are good cafes/restaurants/pubs within walking distance. The Anglesey coastal path passes through the village and offers wonderful coastal walking towards both Rhoscolyn and South Stack. Utilities
Linen, towels and all utilities included. Please bring your own beach towels. Gas central heating and hot water.
