Wooton is just three miles away and offers scenic New Forest strolls or take a trip to the ancient villages of Brockenhurst and Beaulieu. Steeped in history, you ll find museums, interesting shops, and handsome architecture to admire in both of the villages, and they provide interesting days out. If you fancy hitting the beach, Milford on Sea is only a five minute drive away. Oozing a chic country cottage vibe, there is a cosy living room area with a roaring open log fire that s perfect for unwinding after a busy day exploring the New Forest. The 32 flat screen TV is great if you want to catch up with your favourite shows or have brought along a couple of DVDs with you. The country kitchen is equipped with all the essentials and features a butler sink, Rangemaster cooker and pine table for casual meals. For more formal dining, the elegant dining room is great for socialising and is complete with views over the cottage gardens. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, one double size, one containing two single beds that can be linked together to create a double bed, and a third bedroom with one single bed. The family bathroom is modern, with a deep bath with shower over, sink, and WC. Outside, the idyllic cottage gardens offer a great setting for BBQs and al fresco dining on warmer evenings, a fully enclosed south facing rear garden and a secure bike and buggy storage in the garage.
