This amazing property not only has views of the ocean and has great access to the sea front just down stairs and around the building and you are at the water. Evenings are catered for too as in only a few minutes walk you are at some of the islands best bars and restaurants.
The space
Located on the first and second floor, this newly renovated house has a huge open plan kitchen, living and dining room which is great for family life. The slick modern kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you could need for a home from home visit including a dishwasher so no washing up! The large dining room table transforms into a fantastic pool table and can even be used for ping pong. The living area has a large comfy sofa so everyone can gather round to watch Netflix on the big screen. The whole room overlooks the sea though large patio doors which open out to a balcony with additional seating., perfect for an evening drink and watch the sunset.
Upstairs there is a master bedroom with the same fantastic view and a king size bed. The second bedroom is also a double and both have built in storage. The third bedroom has bunk beds and a further pull out bed so sleeps 3. There is an upstairs laundry cupboard with a washing machine.
Outside there is off road parking and a quick walk around the building gets you to the seafront.

Local Attractions
Hayling Island combines all the attractions of a traditional seaside holiday with excellent sporting and leisure facilities. The island's miles of unspoilt coastline and countryside also offer a haven of peace and tranquillity, where visitors can walk, cycle or relax. Windsurfing was invented on Hayling Island and as well as events linked to this popular activity there are also many opportunities for sailing. Hayling Island holds a European Blue Flag award and its excellent beaches have also been awarded a Tidy Britain Seaside Award for their water quality, safety and cleanliness. The seaside shore is five miles long and offers safe places for enjoying swimming, beach volleyball, picnicking and barbeques, with some facilities accessible to wheelchairs. Originally dependent on fishing, farming and salt production, Hayling Island is now known for its Funland amusement park and holiday centres, which made the island a popular seaside resort from the 1930s onwards. Hayling Island is rich in military history and visitors can discover a fascinating World War II Heritage Trail which takes in many significant historical landmarks. Learn about the history of Mulberry Harbour and its Pillboxes, take a walk to the old railway and visit the COPP memorial along the seafront. The island's proximity to Portsmouth, Chichester and Emsworth makes it an ideal base for touring, with attractions such as Southsea Castle and Staunton Country Park nearby. Located on the ground floor with private garden and direct access to the beach, this apartment has everything you need for a relaxing or fun filled beach get away. Nearby this property there is plenty to do from sun bathing on the Blue Flag beaches to venturing out on a jet ski. The Rosie K boat trip will take you seal spotting and share some WWII History, or you can book a charter boat to go out in the Solent fishing. There is a pitch and putt golf or for the more serious golfers we have a 9 hole pay and play and an 18-hole link course. You can take the miniature railway train a minutes’ walk from the apartment which will take you to the funfair or to the mad hatters tea rooms and gift shops. The CBK is a local a hire shop for all your water sport’s needs. The ‘inn on the beach’ offers spectacular views out to sea whilst eating/ drinking after a busy day, with fantastic sunset’s and twinkling lights from the Isle of Wight after dark for the perfect setting to end the day.
