From here you have access to a utility room which boasts a washer/dryer and a microwave, and you also have internal access to the garage from the vestibule, should you wish to store your bikes here. Outside the beautiful garden overlooks the farmland and the Cairngorm Mountain, and deer, hares and ospreys are regularly spotted from the lawn. There is the RSPB Osprey Reserve, Strathspey Steam Railway, as well as shops, restaurants, a golf course and tennis club. Nearby Aviemore hosts fabulous skiing activities in winter and during the warmer seasons, offers plenty of climbing, walking and cycling.
