Here you ll find a TV/DVD and family games for evenings in, while in the day you can enjoy views over to the rural surroundings and grazing cattle beyond. The kitchen/diner is light, airy and well equipped with range style electric oven and gas hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine and microwave. A separate utility room has a washing machine, tumble dryer, WC and sink. Also on this floor is a double bedroom with views across the fields, a bathroom with a shower over bath and WC, and a cosy snug with sofa, TV and a selection of books. Upstairs you ll find two bedrooms, a double and a twin, and amazing views across the countryside from the hall window. Heading outside, there is a garden with table and chairs and built in charcoal BBQ under a covered area, and private parking for one car at the rear of the property. Occasionally guests will see the local farmers cows grazing in the neighbouring field and they have been known to wander in front of the property. It is advisable to park cars at the front of the property .
