Situated in the heart of the pretty Kent village of Smarden, this holiday cottage is within easy reach of the many local attractions such as Leeds Castle, Godinton House and Gardens and Hush Heath vineyard. This stunning pocket of the Kent countryside is home to many quaint villages and market towns such as Tenterden and Cranbrook where independent cafes, restaurants and antiques shops can be found. The village of Smarden boasts a wonderful village art gallery, shop, local butchers and two traditional pubs, perfect for enjoying a spot of refreshment after one of the many local walks on offer that can be reached directly from the rear of the cottage. Enter the cottage into a small hallway where there is space to leave your boots and coats before continuing through to the light and airy lounge/diner. The well equipped kitchen offers an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Stairs from the hallway lead up to a choice of three bedrooms, a double with TV, wonderful views overlooking the countryside and an en suite shower room with shower and WC, a further double and a twin bedroom. The large and impressive bathroom has a shower over the bath and WC. Patio doors from the lounge open out onto a patio with fantastic views of the pretty garden and rolling countryside beyond.
