Located on the edge of the traditional busy market town of North Walsham you have a choice of pubs and shops under 0.25 miles. The annexe is just a mile from North Walsham train station where you can travel on the Bittern Line to the fine city of Norwich or the quaint seaside towns of Cromer or Sheringham. For those who lust after fine sandy beaches then Mundesley, Sea Palling, Happisburgh are all within easy reach. The gateway of the Broads, Wroxham is close by and here you can hire a day boat to explore the miles upon miles of scenic waterways and fish or stop for a meal at one of many the riverside inns. As you enter this cosy annexe you arrive into the lobby where after a busy day out exploring the coast and country you can take off those walking boots and prepare to relax. The shower room with shower and WC is off the lobby and then you head through to the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The lounge area really is a home away from home with its comfortable furniture including a sofa and armchair where you are best placed to watch or stream your favourite shows on the Smart TV.
