This homely cottage is situated in the peaceful village of Briston, where a short walk leads you to not one, but two welcoming pubs and a good choice of handy village shops including a deli, traditional family butcher and a bakery. Just 4 miles away, the popular Georgian town of Holt is a lovely place to spend an afternoon, browsing one of the many independent boutique shops or enjoying some food and drink at one of the pubs. Visit the spectacular North Norfolk coast where there is something for everyone, from vast sandy beaches such as Holkham Bay (17 miles), to one of many nature reserves including Cley Marshes (8 miles), Norfolk Wildlife Trust's oldest and best known nature reserve, or why not take a boat trip at Blakeney Point (12 miles) to see the country s largest colony of grey seals. You enter this lovely family holiday home through the conservatory with a dining table and chairs, next you have a well equipped kitchen, ideal to lovingly prepare anything from light breakfast to a hearty evening meal. The ground floor has a real spacious and quirky feel to it with an interconnecting lounge/diner offering a great social aspect and a second dining option for when you are all together enjoying a meal. Relax in front of the Smart TV in the lounge of an evening whilst you unwind with a movie. Upstairs there is a master bedroom with a double bedroom, a bunk bedroom and a single bedroom. All bedrooms have enough storage space to hang your clothes or store personal belongings and all three bedrooms share a family bathroom, perfect for a soak in the evening or to revitalise your senses in the morning before heading out for another fun day of Norfolk adventures. Outside there is a lovely enclosed lawned garden and patio area with table and chairs provided, so fear not if you want to enjoy some drinks of an evening whilst indulge in some dine al fresco style dining with loved ones.
