Ground Floor
Walk into spacious hallway with all three bedrooms and utility room located on the ground floor.
Bedroom 1 is at the front of the property and features a large King-sized bed with stylish furniture including wardrobe, chest of drawers and dressing table with stool. This bedroom also features a wonderful en-suite bath, separate rainfall shower, washbasin and WC.
Bedroom 2 is located to the rear of the house and also boats a King-sized bed with a striking blue velvet headboard which perfectly matches the blue dressing table with a vanity lit mirror. The blue theme continues with the blinds and lampshade. The room is finished with a large wardrobe.
Bedroom 3 is a very light room with twin beds which can be found at the front of the house.
The Family Bathroom splits bedrooms 2 and 3 and has again been finished to a premium standard. The room features a walk in shower, WC and washbasin.
The ground floor is completed by a Utility Room with washing machine and tumble dryer. This room also leads to the back door and access to the garden and parking area.
First Floor
Walk up the oak staircase and into the spacious and light living area featuring Kitchen, Dining area and Lounge.
The Kitchen has been finished to an exceptionally high standard and is extremely well equipped with a range master cooker, American style fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and microwave. There is ample crockery and cutlery, making it the perfect space to socialise.
The Dining area features an oak table and seating for 8. Wonderful countryside views can be found out of the nearby window.
There is comfortable seating for 6 in the Lounge which also features a Smart TV.
From the Lounge, walk into a cosy Snug with a day bed sofa (not made up to be slept in) and TV.
Through the snug and into a Bathroom featuring a shower, WC and washbasin.
