Sleeping 6 in 3 bedrooms, Nave House is adorned with a chic and luxurious vibe, brimming with period features, natural light and quirky pieces! This once Methodist church has been impeccably resorted into a sublime residence offering guests a touch of glamour.
The house is bold and the history and architecture even more so. From high vaulted ceilings and church windows to the modern neon river light across a map of London in the kitchen, this property has it all!
The house is located just minutes walk into the middle of the market town of Fakenham and boasts 2 private parking spaces as well as all bedrooms being en-suite. The perfect retreat!
Ground Floor
Walk into the lobby area which boasts a beautiful original staircase for effect.
From here, walk through the double doors into the hallway, which is an early opportunity to marvel in what this converted church has become. The black and white carpets, quirky wallpaper, tall windows and winding staircase to the first floor give a sense of what this property is all about.
From the hallway, enter the imposing living area which features the dining room, kitchen and sitting room. The high vaulted ceilings on both externals are just as striking as the large windows. The dining area is straight ahead and can comfortably seat 6 using a church pew, lovingly restored from the Methodist church, and chairs. Don’t miss the restored dolls house which is now a (very cool) bar.
The modern kitchen is in the middle of the building and features an island with induction hob. There is a dishwasher, large American style fridge freezer, Belfast sink, toaster and kettle. Through the dining area is a bathroom featuring WC and sink as well as a utility with washing machine and tumble dryer.
From the kitchen, go through to the impeccably designed sitting room which offers an art deco theme. There is an alternate dining table here with seating for 4. There are sofas and seats for 6 in the main area as well as a Smart TV.
First Floor
From the landing, Bedroom 1 is at the rear of the house and is a magnificent 2 floor bedroom suite. Enter the room into a dressing area and quiet space for those who may have to work whilst on holiday. From here enter the bathroom or head up the stairs to the bedroom space. In the bathroom there is a WC, wash basin, shower and beautiful freestanding bath. The bedroom space offers a king size bed, dressing table and Velux windows for natural light.
Bedroom 2 has a retro red vibe and offers a double bed alongside an en suite bathroom. There is a large dressing table, bedside cabinets and hanging space. The en suite consists of a shower, WC and wash basin.
Bedroom 3 can be found through a door and staircase leading to this room in the roof. Another impeccably designed space consisting of 2 single beds, a Velux window and an en suite with shower.
