Welcome to Redwings Sanctuary Rooms, where comfort and serenity await you! Our apartment is located within the stunning Caldecott estate, home to an 18-hole golf course, a spa and leisure centre, and Redwings horse sanctuary. When you stay with us, you'll not only enjoy a relaxing and comfortable stay, but also support our efforts to help abandoned and neglected horses across the UK.
Make sure to take your chance go and meet the horses at the on-site sanctuary during your stay! All the profits made from The Sanctuary Rooms are reinvested into the Redwings charity which supports abandoned, mistreated, and neglected horses and donkeys from across the UK.
THE SPACE
The Sanctuary Rooms feature three beautifully appointed bedrooms, each named after a rescued horse and boasting its own ensuite and charming qualities. The master bedroom's ensuite is a luxurious oasis of relaxation, complete with a jacuzzi-style tub and underwater jets. The two king-sized bedrooms and one double bedroom provide ample space and comfort for up to six guests.
When you're not out exploring the area, you can relax in our comfortable living room, which features two sofas, a flat-screen TV, and an array of board games for families. Our fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including utensils, pots, pans, and crockery. The dining table seats up to six guests, making it the perfect place to enjoy a meal together.
For a sweet treat or coffee, visit Oliver's Café located just downstairs. Guests have exclusive use of the café's outside garden and seating area outside of the hours of 10:30am and 4:00pm.
Caldecott grounds are very beautiful and offer ample to do whether you’re an avid golfer or simply want to make use of The Barn Work’s spa, gym, and swimming pool facilities.

Located in Great Yarmouth, this apartment is in a rural area. Pavilion Theatre Gorleston and Nelson Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Fritton Lake Outdoor Centre and Gorleston Golf Club. Somerleyton Hall and Gardens and Sea Life Great Yarmouth are also worth visiting. Spend some time exploring the area's activities, including golfing.
