Sleeping 6 guests in 3 bedrooms, The Cow Barn is a spacious, fun and attractive property in Norfolk. The property boasts a wonderful games room, perfect for rainy days, alongside a large garden.
The Cow Barn is beautifully rural and ideally located within Norfolk to enjoy The Norfolk Broads, Norfolk coast, Norwich and many beautiful villages and towns which offer tearooms, pubs and independent shopping.
There is private parking and a private garden area for guests to enjoy, alongside countryside walks from the front door. If that’s not enough, how about unwinding in the immaculate and slightly tropical south facing courtyard. There is plenty of space at The Cow Barn for all the family.
Ground Floor
Enter into the house via the back courtyard. From here you will arrive into the kitchen which is well equipped with an electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.
Through the kitchen you enter the main living space which offers a dining area seating 6. There is a relaxing space which enjoys comfortable sofa seating, Smart TV, Free Sat, DVD player, CD player, DAB radio and iPod dock. The space looks out onto the south facing, tropical courtyard.
From the living space follow a corridor which leads into the large downstairs bathroom which offers a bath, over-bath shower, washbasin and WC.
Enter bedroom 1 from the living space. This room offers a double bed, plenty of storage, bedside tables and a lovely view out to the courtyard. Great for those with limited mobility.
From the living space head up 3 steps into the large games room which boasts comfortable seating for 6+, alongside a table tennis table, darts board, table football, bar and plenty of extra games. A wonderful area to enjoy during quieter moments of your holiday. There is a wall mounted Smart TV with Free Sat and wonderful exposed beams and brick and flint walls. The games room leads to both bedroom 2 and bedroom 3.
Bedroom 2 has a double bed and ensuite shower room with plenty of storage and bedside tables.
Bedroom 3 is a bunk bed room and great for children.
Heading back into the games room you will find a flight of stairs which leads to the Mezzanine level.

A lovely, open space with velux windows, equipped with a pool table and seating.
Outside
The Cow Barn offers some wonderful outside space which includes:
A south facing, enclosed, tropical courtyard with patio furniture. A great space for children to enjoy.
To the side of the property is a lovely meadow area with seating within a bamboo nook. During the summer months the gardener mows a little maze through the long grass. There are some great areas for outside picnics and unwinding in. Please note there is an uncovered pond nearby.
There is a public footpath beyond the car parking which takes you around local fields and lanes.

Located in Norwich, this apartment is in a rural area. Sim-Air and Amazona Zoo are local attractions and those in the mood for shopping can visit Wroxham Barns and Magdalen Street. East Ruston Old Vicarage and Hampton's Home and Garden are also worth visiting. Take an opportunity to explore the area for outdoor excitement like hiking.
