Choose one of the many walks nearby or take a short drive to Ripon which has a range of independent shops, pubs and restaurants to relax in and is also home to the historic Ripon Cathedral and Ripon Racecourse. Other local attractions include Ripley Castle, Newby Hall and Gardens, and Fountains Abbey, Harrogate and Pateley Bridge. Set in the grounds of the owner s home, where privacy is assured, a warm welcome awaits as you enter the property into a utility room with space for coats and boots, with access to a drying room, ideal for wet coats. There is also a freezer and washing machine in the utility room. This leads into a spacious and beautiful open plan kitchen/diner with large windows.
