Head down the hallway and find a bespoke, handmade country kitchen complete with bench seating, a farmhouse table, and a log burner for cosy dinners in the winter months. The kitchen is well equipped for a home from home experience, this includes an electric hob and oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and microwave, enjoy your home cooked meal around the table planning the days ahead. For a relaxing evening, enjoy a nightcap in the sophisticated sitting room adorned with beautiful interior touches, flick through the channels on the Smart TV and find a film to watch, or enjoy some background music on the Bluetooth speaker, whilst the flames flicker on the open fire. Completing this floor is a handy utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer linking to a downstairs cloakroom with WC. When sleep calls, head off to bed for a restful night's sleep. At the top of the stairs are two bedrooms both looking out to the estate grounds; a super king size bedroom with a day bed for an additional guest and a super king size zip and link (which can be made up as twins on request) sharing a stunning family bathroom with a freestanding roll top bath, walk in shower, and large Victorian style hand basin and WC. Heading outside to the garden you will find outdoor seating, a charcoal BBQ, and the hot tub within the walled garden, ideal for whiling away the evening and taking in the fabulous views. If you want to stretch your legs, take a walk through the woodland down to the lake and soak up the surrounding nature. There is off road parking for two cars available. The Gardeners Cottage is a collection of three luxury holiday cottages (The Fernery 74305 and Plum Tree Cottage Richmond 83085) with hot tubs which can be booked together for accommodation for up to 12 guests
