A beautiful property surrounded by nature and wildlife with wonderful gardens to explore and play in. The whole area has so much to offer with its spectacular scenery, miles of walking and cycle routes, the stunning coast and numerous market towns, all within a short drive. From the bottom of the drive you can walk to Sawdon Beck in one direction and Raptor View in the other. You can even access the Moor to Sea cycle network. Just a short drive down the road is Wykeham Lakes which is perfect for fishing or you can enjoy a whole host of water activities. The resort town of Scarborough is just a short drive away. Other attractions in the area include North York Moors National Park, Flamingo Land Resort, Eden Camp Modern History Museum and Sewerby Hall and Gardens. Enter the property via the wooden gate which leads into a patio area and to the front door. The lounge area is stylishly decorated with log burner, cool neutral tones and boasts comfy seating for everyone along an additional dining table, Smart TV/DVD and doors that open out onto the patio area. Heading down the hall to the stylish kitchen/diner with built in bench dining area, there is everything you need to whip up a meal including electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. When the day ends head up to the first floor where you will find the two bedrooms, a king size with en suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC and a super king size zip and link (which can be made into a twin on request) with stunning original exposed stone wall and an en suite shower room with WC. Outside there is a small private patio area with seating, guests also have access to the communal rose garden and the Orchard which is perfect for a picnic. There is off road parking for two cars.
